- Please allow up to 5 business days for your merchandise to be packaged and shipped after you receive your conformation email. Since we are a small team of two and are sometimes fulfilling orders on our own, some orders may need at least week to be shipped out.
- We will NOT be liable for any LOST or STOLEN packages. Once a package has been shipped out, USPS is held liable for your package.
- For any missing packages we ask that you go to USPS.com and file a claim. If you have experience theft before we recommend that you speak to your local mailman about leaving your packages in a secure location.
- If your package has not been received due to missing or incorrect address information, the order will be re-shipped at the customers expense. After the package has returned to us, an E-mail will be sent to you regarding shipping arrangements.
International Orders
- International orders may take between 3-6 weeks to be delivered
- Stickers will be mailed using First Class Package International and will include a tracking number.
- Any international order that has failed to be delivered must be return to us by USPS. An E-mail will be sent to you regarding shipping arrangements.
